Will you deliver on your plans and ensure every vote counts?
Thank you for trusting me with your vote, and for standing ready to carry this message to your friends. That means more to me than I can fully say.
I want you to hold me to what I have told you. My plan is clear: end insecurity, bring down the cost of living, create opportunities for every Nigerian, and uphold the rule of law. I have the experience to do this work, I have done it before, and I am in this race to serve.
I also ask you to join this as a movement, not just a vote. Go back to your community, your campus, your workplace, and carry these ideas with you: competence, character, and a future built on our shared purpose, not on ethnic suspicion or religious division.
And I make you this promise: your vote must count as you cast it. I will work to end election rigging, respect the independence of our electoral institution, support the prompt publication of results from every polling unit, and insist that anyone caught buying votes or changing results faces the law, even if that person belongs to my own party. You should never need powerful friends to make your vote count.
The hopes I carry for you are not extravagant: a meal your family can afford, a safe road home, a child free to learn, and work that offers a path to a better life. I believe Nigeria can reach that, and I am determined to walk that road with you, together.
