On the practical challenges you face, my plans run across every area of rural life. For security, I will deploy well-equipped Agro-Rangers and aerial drone surveillance along agricultural corridors to protect farmland, set up Community Peace and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committees with traditional leaders, farmers and herders to settle land and crop disputes, and move Nigeria toward modern livestock management and commercial ranching with designated corridors and water points. For jobs, I am committed to a financing programme for start-ups and entrepreneurs to move young people from dependence to enterprise and from unemployment to productivity.
