Here is what I am determined to do: enable states to jointly invest in regional infrastructure, and that includes railway systems, not just power and roads. This means states working together across their borders to pool resources and build railway connections at a scale that benefits everyone sharing in them.

Alongside this, I want to transfer greater authority over railways from the federal government to the states. So instead of railway decisions sitting only at the centre, your state will have greater control over railways affecting your daily life.

This fits into a broader push for regional cooperation, where states align policies and execute joint infrastructure projects together, to accelerate growth and unlock the advantages that come from working as connected regions rather than isolated units.
