Alongside this, I will move Nigeria from open grazing to modern livestock management and commercial ranching, with designated livestock corridors, water points, and veterinary services. I'll also deploy Agro-Rangers and drone surveillance to protect farms, while treating violent crimes as criminal acts regardless of ethnicity, so disputes don't become ethnic conflicts.
