I will develop an Industrial Clustering Policy and Special Economic Zones, so industries can share infrastructure and reach export markets more easily, cutting the cost of doing business and improving competitiveness. I will build a regional industrial strategy that draws on the strengths of different parts of Nigeria, and adopt and scale Industry Champion models at the national, regional and state levels.
