What is your plan for informal businesses that are not registered?

I want to bring informal businesses into the formal economy by making it beneficial, not burdensome. I will provide tax amnesty or grace periods for informal businesses that register, and link tax compliance to access to government support, financing, and incentives. I will also make sure newly formalized businesses are not immediately overburdened with taxes and returns.
