We will bring informal businesses into the formal economy by making it beneficial, not burdensome. ● Provide tax amnesty or grace periods for informal businesses that register ● Link tax compliance to access to government support, financing, and incentives ● Ensure that newly formalized businesses are not immediately overburdened with taxes and returns The ADC will: 1.
