I am determined to strengthen our national data systems, including conducting a credible population census and building reliable social registries. This will allow us to use data-driven systems so that social programmes reach those who truly need them, and so government decisions are based on real evidence. I will also decentralize human capital and social protection programmes to state and local governments for more effective delivery to you and your community.
