Zan ayyana dokar ta-baci kan ilimin fasaha da sana'a, ta hanyar fadada cibiyoyin horar da kwarewa tare da daidaita su da abin da masana'antu ke bukata a zahiri. Haka kuma zan samar da tallafin kudin karatu domin matasan Najeriya su sami damar shiga wannan horo. Wannan zai yi tafiya tare da hadа horar da sana'a cikin ilimin sakandare, don ba daliban hanyoyi da dama na koyo da samun aikin yi.
