How will you stop corruption in government contracts and projects?
I will strengthen procurement processes so bidding is open, competitive, and transparent at every level of government. We will digitize budgeting and procurement systems to cut out leakages, delays, and corruption, and enforce strict timelines so projects don't suffer cost overruns or get abandoned. Anyone who violates procurement rules will face sanctions, and I will strengthen oversight institutions to ensure compliance. I will also pay contractors what they're owed and publish what is owed and when, so you know whose work is being honoured.

The ADC will:
