What is your plan to fix how Nigeria's security agencies share intelligence?
I am determined to build a modern, coordinated, intelligence-driven security system that no longer depends on personalities or fragmented structures. I will establish a statutory, rule-based national intelligence coordination system, reform the National Security Council Act to create an Office of the Coordinator of National Intelligence as its secretariat, and empower that office to integrate intelligence gathering, analysis and response across military, security and paramilitary institutions. This is how we will eliminate institutional rivalry and intelligence silos.
