What will you do about banditry and kidnapping?
I will strengthen the response to banditry and kidnapping by setting up Anti-Banditry and Kidnapping Special Units in every state command. These units will be made up of highly trained, mobile personnel ready to respond quickly. This is how we will tackle these threats directly in the states where they occur.
