How will you use foreign policy to help African trade and security?

I am determined to make Africa the centrepiece of Nigeria's foreign policy. This means strengthening our regional leadership, economic cooperation, and shared security across the continent. I will promote intra-African trade through stronger implementation of continental agreements, support regional infrastructure and energy projects that connect African economies, and strengthen security cooperation across African regions to address common threats.
