What do you want to say to young Nigerians who feel they've been told to wait their turn?
I want young Nigerians to know that your time is not tomorrow. Your time is now. For too long, young people have been told to be patient and to prepare because they are the leaders of tomorrow, but that tomorrow has been promised for too long. I stand before you not just as a candidate, but as someone who believes you have waited long enough.

That is part of the Nigeria we must change—a Nigeria where there is one standard for those in power and another for everyone else.
Now, I want everyone in this hall to do something else for me. Look to your left. Now look to your right. Remember the faces you have just seen, because the people sitting beside you are not strangers. They are your partners in one of the most important assignments before our generation: building a Nigeria that works for everyone.
I stand before you today not simply as a presidential candidate asking for your support. I stand before you as a Nigerian who believes that our young people have waited long enough. For decades, young Nigerians have been told to be patient, to wait their turn, and to prepare themselves because they are the leaders of tomorrow. But tomorrow has been promised to Nigerian youths for too long.
Your time is not tomorrow. Your time is now.
